PersonalityLikes and Dislikes:
Nicolas can't stand having nothing to do, which is pretty much all you have to do when sitting around in a tunnel waiting for shit to happen. As such, he picks up hobbies rather quickly. Unfortunately, he also gets bored, so he drops them rather quickly as well.
His favourite hobby, the one that's stuck with him, is his Harmonica, which he is very adept at playing. Nicolas thinks this is a pretty useful thing, seeing as a harmonica is much easier to carry around than a cello.
Nicolas also loves coffee, always has. He'd drink nothing but coffee if it didn't give him the shakes because he doesn't get enough exercise these days to wear it all off.
Putting Adveni in their place - This is one of Nicolas' all time loves. There is nothing better than having your boot on an Adveni's neck and shooting them in the head. Unfortunately, he doesn't get to do it very often, but when he does, oh boy is Nicolas a happy man.
Nicolas is a red blooded guy and really enjoys working off some excess energy in the most carnal of ways, sex, and a good old fashioned punch up. He's smart when he fights, not so smart when he has sex, or more, who he has sex with. Strengths and Weaknesses:
Intelligent and analytical - Hey, he didn't get through a degree and CIA training on his good looks now, did he? Ok, so maybe it was a little on good looks.
Strong and Athletic - Again, Field agent training ain't a walk in the park. Neither is running for your life from the Adveni, but hey, what you gonna do?
Doesn't take no for an answer - Once Nicolas gets something in his head, that's it, there's no getting it out of there.
Quiet - You'd be surprised, but Nicolas, most of the time, is incredibly quiet. He prefers to let others lead a conversation.
Emotionally detached - Nicolas has seen far too many people hurt and killed, so he keeps his emotions as far away from most situations as possible.
Incredibly private - Even if he is hurting, you'd never know it. Nicolas keeps his emotions to himself, and will only divulge personal history to those he really trusts.
Untrusting - It takes a lot for Nicolas to trust people. Burned before, he relies on himself. However, people do worm their way in occasionally.General Personality:
If someone were to characterise Nicolas, they would say he was the perfect CIA agent. Completely focused on the mission at hand, Nicolas will do whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it involves his own downfall. He's great at compartmentalising his life, which in his previous job was essential. Now, it just means that it can be very hard to get to know him.
To new people, Nicolas is cool, polite, quiet, and completely untrusting. He would never say it, but everything a newcomer to his life does is cataloged and reviewed. Only when he really gets to know someone will he stop being the man his parents brought him up to be and the CIA made him, and start being himself.
Emotionally detached, and unwilling to let people into more than one part of his life, Nicolas does not mix business with pleasure. Even if he knows a person personally, he will not give favours or special treatment when it comes to the mission.
A wickedly dark sense of humour, and a penchant for following the physically gratifying, Nicolas prefers sex to relationships, and doesn't discriminate between men and women when it comes to his enjoyment. However, parts of his work bleeds into his personal life when it comes to sex, as if he decides he wants something, or someone, it's very hard to steer him off course.

Yes, will be soon.Name of Sect:
Let me tell you about the difficult life of growing up with a Federal Judge for a father, and an FBI Unit Chief for a mother. Firstly, know that nothing is ever good enough. Especially when you're older brother is practically a genius.
The next thing you need to know is that it doesn't matter how much you love football, and baseball, and drawing comic book art. It does not matter that you're also very good at these things, you are not allowed to have some useless career that won't get you any money, or you'll be out of by the time you hit thirty.
As such, Nicolas spent most of his childhood being taught the importance of an education, the evils of the creative lifestyle, and any ambitions of being a pro baseball player were promptly lectured out of him.
As a teenager around his friends, Nicolas was popular and rambunctious, causing trouble and generally being a bit of a stereotypical jock. However, at home, Nicolas was constantly being taught the merit of respecting his elders, on being a good reflection of his parents. Nicolas didn't realise it at the time, but it was only the beginning of the split expectation and enjoyment would make in his life.
When he graduated High School, Nicolas went to college, studying criminology with the ideas of following his father's footsteps in becoming a lawyer. However, just after graduation, Nicolas was instead approached by the CIA and offered entrance into a Field Agent program. The more he thought about it, the more perfect the idea became, seeing as it mixed more of his athletic nature with the path his parents had wanted for him.
Things were going great in the CIA. He passed his training, he was assigned out of the LA offices, and he had friends (friends who didn't know what he actually did for a living, they thought he had a desk job in the CIA,) life was good. Then, the Adveni arrived.
Nicolas had been out of town, up near Seattle on a routine training exercise when the President was killed and all out war began. He joined up with a group of soldiers moving East, but one by one throughout their missions and by random bad luck, the soldiers were picked off until only Nicolas remained. As the war ended, Nicolas continued moving, killing Adveni when he could, and avoiding them when he couldn't.
He ended up outside Adlai in February of 2014, and when he shot out the skull of who he thought was a solo Adveni transport, he was set upon by another half dozen Adveni. He managed to kill three more before they locked him down, and taken to Lyndbury compound, he was registered and thrown in, told he would not be going anywhere again.
So, he lived that way. Keeping to himself, not making enemies nor friends. Knowing about the McAllisters and with no intentions of becoming their lapdog, nor trying to fight them for power, Nicolas held back when the Colt's, the McAllister's fist men, were told to teach him a lesson for apparently doing something to annoy the men in charge. He'd get a punch or two in, but in the end, Nicolas always ended up the one beaten down... and once again, the McAllisters would leave him alone being none the wiser to how lethal he could really be.
Admittedly, it was pure luck that saw his escape. A group of humans attacked the compound, and knowing there wasn't a chance of actually liberating the prisoners, not with more Adveni flooding in, Nicolas didn't try to help the men as he made his way back from the yard and into a lockdown. Instead, he punched the guard doing count on their way back in and made a run for it.
He wasn't sure if he actually expected to survive, or to get past the gates, but he did, and going straight into the heart of Adlai, is now setting about keeping himself on the outside of the prison walls.
